TERMS, INFO AND RENT

Conveniences :

We will be present to open you as we live in the house.

We have a security system so that you can work in complete peace of mind.

We offer you a 35m2 room for fittings and glam team, including two hangers, coat hangers, a mirror and bathrobes. High speed internet is included in our package.

It is possible to bring a small truck into the yard through the two large gates. We also have two parking spaces in front of these gates.

 

Please note we can also provide :

- catering service

- night at the house (up to 10 people)

- scouting location service

Coulonges-sur-L'Autize has many local shops, restaurants etc. within a 5 minute walk. (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bar, hardware)

Discover every Tuesday morning an open market by the Hall in Baltard style architecture located about 5 minutes walking from the house and also happening in the castle's courtyard.

Terms :

 

We propose you to rent this house (daily rent) for editorial, music videos, lookbooks, ads, films or TV series, intimate interviews.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any project that does not fall into the general public category.

 

After signing the rent contract, 20% of the rent must be paid before arrival in order to confirm booking.

The production must imperatively provide a deposit check to the owners upon arrival, amount to be defined in the contract according to the requested spaces. Without this cheque, no entry will be possible.

 

Before the job begins, we will make an inventory of fixtures on including the rules of procedure and the EDF statement before use, then after use, this additional sum must be paid by the production within 5 days after the shooting including the 80% of the rent.

 

In order to preserve the original floors, we kindly ask you to provide yourself with carpet rolls so as not to scratch the original surfaces with your equipment and to provide you with soft slippers.

Please be very careful on the wooden floors, no running, jumping or heavy walk to preserve the original suspended plaster ceiling.
