Les Royaux is a 300m2 Second Empire house located in Coulonges-sur-l'Autize, (France), and is about 40 minutes drive from the West Coast.

It has a vast plot of land of more than 4000m2 including a courtyard and a garden with fruit trees and has 3 original easements.

This house, and its garden are available for editorial photoshoots, music videos, lookbooks, ads, film or TV movie, intimate interviews.

The Royaux house are enthroned on the heights of Coulonges-sur-l'Autize, formerly known as Coulonges-les-Royaux, a village rich in history with a Renaissance castle that has seen many famous visitors such as Charles VIII, Charles IX, Catherine de Medici, Henri III, Marguerite de Valois, Louis XIII and François Rabelais.

During the French Revolution and because of a lack of descendants, this castle was looted and partially destroyed. The stones of the Royaux's domain come from this looting.

We acquired this house after many years of vacancy. Our renovation has allowed us to preserve and revive many of the original mouldings, rosettes, suspended ceilings, shutters, windows, locks, ornamentation and portal.

We have found unique pieces to refurbish this place full of history.
